Nah, in fact that’s a common pattern: people who suffered from abuse are more likely to become abusers. So we can definitely all be bullies and bullied.

They’re sneaky. My childhood home had several old big trees that housed a bunch of owls, plus some old buildings out back. Even though they were always there, I could hear them for hours every day (they have a specific song in my area) and they left pellets all over, I can probably count on one hand the number of times I’ve actually seen one. We had barn owls, but I saw another kind a couple times with darker, more ruffley feathers that would definitely blend in with tree bark. Like op’s owl but without the white. The thing was just standing in the middle of our gravel driveway for a few minutes. I swear it stood 2 feet tall it looked fucking huge. Then it just flew off without making a sound. Owls are fucking cool

I was at a friend’s house on their couch watching a movie and their shy cat just comes up and sits on my lap for pretty much the whole first hour. I’ve never even seen this cat before. And yeah, when the cat hopped up the friend did say that was unusual.
On the other hand my parent’s cats are all super timid around me (except one weirdo orange cat). Go figure

Is it actually usable now? Even on 100 Mbps the video player has to buffer multiple times just to watch a minute and a half long trailer. I usually give up and find the trailer on YouTube.
