    I’ll just put it here:

    Use ProtonUp-qt to install Glorious Eggrolls’ Proton GE.

    Things it contains that Valve’s Proton does not:

    • Additional media foundation patches for better video playback support.

    Also i think there may have been a couple games ive tried where proton-GE didnt automatically fix this. In that case, use winetricks and install the full video codec package. A combination of those two things have solved this issue with every game ive tried.
