Mix it with powdered chocolate first, a spoon of butter, and heat it until it boils.
Then, when it cools down you can eat it.

It’s a very popular candy around here. And it works better if you eat small portions… it you are able to, anyway.
Or just dulce de leche (boil the whole thing without opening it). Probably doesn’t improve the taste of the can, though.

I unironically eat entire cans of condensed milk sometimes. Holding the can, of course. I’m not a robot.
