You are very wrong. Maybe you have never travelled to third world countries. There are no opportunities in third world countries. That’s why now they will become more aggressive. Illegal immigration may appear to reduce but it will be insignificant. Because in western there is demand for cheap labour. And the third world people are willing to work for less.
