You could probably pull it today if you have critters around, because it’ll continue to ripen inside. Around me critters will wait till it gets red then eat everything (if I don’t cover everything with nets). If you don’t care about critters, you should maybe give it a 1-3 days.
Pro tip: if you pick them at the “blush” stage and put them stem-side down on a windowsill, they’ll ripen evenly and still develope great flaver without risking critter theft.

It’s very red now and joined by a few others! There’s rabbits outside and squirrels and…some brown furry thing that’s super fast that I do not trust so I’ve been watching for them to redden a lot!
Depends on the type of tomato, but if it’s supposed to be red, then yep just give it like a week or so depending on weather
