Yep, they always rely on their feelings for some reason, and cannot accept that some people study data with mathematics (aka science). I don’t know how could anyone rely on their feelings. I know deep in my heart that I’m the most unreliable guy ever and that our eyes and stupid interpretations can be deceiving.

If they had an ounce of humility, they would understand that they can reproduce most of the science experiments in their homes, and it would lead to the same results.

moving from D1 to D2

I was learning a few different languages at the time, and it’s a bit fuzzy in my head, but I remember the confusion between the 2 compilers. One was incomplete and/or obsolete, and the other one was in beta or something and you shouldn’t use it anyway. I chose nothing and tried something else because it was annoying to watch. Walter, as the BDFL, should have decided on something but it never arrived, and the hype went away.

All I remember is that some Japanese guy wrote a bullet-hell library and game in D, and that was great. But the community was too confusing for me.

That’s what I suspect. ChatGPT is never wrong, and even if it doesn’t know, it knows and still answers something. I guess its no different for source code: always add, never delete.
