Despite being coherant english, this writing feels like it was was written by a crazy person. Random one off moral statements, undefined terms like ‘dialpad pattern’, the writer wonders all over the place and is rambling, the fact the bullet points are freakin check marks, etc.

yes, probably. they just mean that they will gladly tolerate the pain of being stepped on in order to be the boot someday and step on others.

that should be true, but for some reason, these companies are hiding their glee behind governments as they go above and beyond what the sanctions require.
