This has always been my thought. As someone who is living a comfortable life, some would consider me as well-off or rich. Regardless, I am not private security rich, so would be an easy target at the start of the uprising.

Hence, ethics aside, it’s in my best interest to keep the ‘workers’ happy.

Not a waste, there’s tax dollars were funnelled to a local millionaire or billionaire through a “legitimate” purchase of goods and services. You don’t really think it would be that expensive to put up marquees in a swamp?

People were calling it out all the time, there’s a whole meme about Leo dropping women when they’re 27. Neither of them were every president though.

So they’re taking the money from the American people and then “generously” giving them back a portion of it and they say only to people who might financially need it. Almost like they’re taxing people and redistributing income to those in need. If it wasn’t for the hefty piece they’re taking off the top and the blatant buying of votes, it almost sounds like Socialism!!
