Just glass cleaner, a lint-frre cloth (like micro-fiber) and most importantly a clean and smooth squeegee. Spray it on and scrub the window in small circular motion with the cloth. Squeegee it off in a slow and steady motion from top to bottom.

Might have to repeat it again if the windows were super dirty to begin with.

I think you’ll have to be more specific. Where did you get the driver from? Did you add any Nvidia repos or are you using only the vanilla popOS repos? Or did the the official repos push an update that doesn’t (didn’t) work? In that case, definetly ask in their support forum and maybe open an issue.

Not too familiar with that specific distro, but it is usually a bad idea to add different repos unless you know what you’re doing. Getting the drivers through the official repos might be a couple weeks (possibly months) late, but it will always be the safest bet.

Turned out it was the USB drive, I think. It didn’t have a problem booting and installing Mint, but with Debian it just wouldn’t boot. A different drive and it worked right away and flawlessly.

I’ve been running sid (unstable) on my htpc for almost a year now without any problems (wanted Debian, because that’s what I know, but also wanted HDR support, which came with plasma 6, wichich was only in sid). Just as stable as Bookworm so far (anecdotally).

I’ve actually been thinking of moving my main desktop from mint Debian edition over to sid as well.

Sid is even one step more unstable then testing, so testing should be no problem either
