I honestly think Gen X’s rebellion was a fake one sold by their parents to keep any actual progress from being made. That’s why we didn’t see any big protests after the 70s until occupy wallstreet. As someone who used to use arch for years, I can’t stand its users who go around acting like running it is some herculean task that takes serious knowledge.
