To be fair you require time to become too dense and time doesn’t make sense in singularity. Perhaps you are on your way to become too dense.

There are math models where dividing by zero makes sense. It’s just that those models don’t suit our world for now.

It’s not that light can’t escape that is scary it’s that the future of anything passing the event horizon changes to eventually end up in the singularity. Black holes are not just death, most of the things in the universe are death to us, black holes are literally the end of time.

It’s already invented, just put enough mass in too little space. Don’t need a star like mass, any will do if you can compress it enough.

Do they know the word exists? Words are meant to describe ideas, if you ban a word the idea isn’t going anywhere. People will just use other words to describe the same idea. Or they will just use the word, it will be removed but everyone will understand the idea.

Really, I don’t think there’s anything more ridiculous and pathetic than banning words.

If the whole universe comes from the singularity and you need just a tiny fraction of it in a limited space to create a black hole, why the universe even exists and even more so, it’s expanding each day faster?

If I remember Lovecraft correctly the whole idea was that human mind can’t comprehend such things. And black holes fit very nicely.

I used Spotify like 5 years ago and it was good. Tried to use it again this year and it’s recommendations and service were complete garbage.

There’s only one obvious answer to that question in a capitalism world. Because it’s cheaper than other places. Why is it cheaper for the corporations in the driest places where common people need to stop using showers is also obvious.

There never was and neither is that pattern, we now have 1tb, 2, 3, 4, etc, 12, 26tb drives. Whatever size they can fit, they do just as they did before.

I don’t think they care much about general public expectations, they released Alyx with general public not even having an option to play it. If HL3 will ever be released by the current Valve it will be a game they are proud of themselves to produce.

I don’t like being “locked in” but there’s no alternative for a super light laptop with 10+ hours battery and good touchpad.
