For me, stimulants at bedtime make me sleepy. Weirdest fucking thing.

Sounds like you need better organizational system for your drugs…
I use a pill organizer. Put both the AM and PM meds in the PM side. First time I’ve ever done that.
Meanwhile I take my ritalin and go to sleep regularly lol

I would take vyvanse, then pass out and get woken up 2hr later by it. Loved it at the time. But I decided I was abusing it and needed to stop. I just raw dog life now.

Melatonin might help
If I take melatonin when I’m not on my meds, I fall asleep fast enough but don’t sleep very well and have odd dreams.
If I take my meds but not melatonin, I tend to stay awake a long time.
If I take melatonin while my meds are in my system, I sleep for almost exactly 7.5hrs and wake up automatically, well rested.
No idea why that is. Anyone else relate?
Melatonin only resets your clock, not makes you sleepy, it’s placebo.
Idk about it helping me fall asleep faster, but the precision amount of time I stay asleep when on my meds seems to fit with “resetting my clock”

Goodness. Stimulants are the o ly thing keeping the horrors of the next day at bay.
Smoke/vape/dab some weed. A good strain high in mycrene, linalool, and/or terpinoline will override even the strongest stimulants.
