    This isn’t age - this is experience. Younger people ALSO don’t want to waste 2 hours sitting in traffic, but they’re not experienced enough to have been through it so many times they’ve internalized the pattern.

    Some things are aging - this is just more experience.

      Idk man growing up in LA I knew when we had to leave for traffic by the age of 10 the 405 is a hell hole that’s great at getting you to remember when shit gets fucked.

        LA traffic is so unbelievable. I guess you guys have to just have everything you need in your neighborhood or something. Fucking 50 minutes to go ten miles.

    NGL, whenever I suggest leaving early to beat traffic, I really just want to leave, period.

      Ohhh… thank you, I had misinterpreted this as “we should leave early (to get there) to avoid traffic”, and I was properly confused since I say that often with the goal of to maximizing the time we have at [event]. Was trying to figure out how that was an indication of getting old…
