Chances are he’s got about 1/3 of his wealth squirrelled away in the cayman islands or some shit, so lets say a nice round 200,000,000 years to pay it off. My spite says that’s not long enough, but it’s hell which is supposed to be eternal torment and suffering, so at that point he can be transferred to the level of hell where you are walking through a dark house looking for the bathroom, and you really have to go but you keep smashing your bare toes and shins into furniture , but you never actually find the bathroom
